Last month I started producing one-minute videos on my YouTube channel to respond to questions submitted by subscribers. The most recent question is "what are three things you would focus on as a CEO or Commanding Officer."

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook, Chief Executive Officers or the equivalent of a Commanding Officer in the military, have a variety of responsibilities. Watch this video to find out the three things I would focus on and why.
