Kevin Doe Crowsyn is a digital marketing professional and Master Sergeant who has focused on modernizing US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) since 2009. He is also an Adjunct Instructor for graduate programs with Reed College of Media at West Virginia University.

 

Kevin has developed and implemented virtual strategy programs across the country, including USAREC’s first ever large-scale initiative in 2014. He co-authored two new Army recruiting doctrinal publications detailing virtual strategy and social media management. The Commander of USAREC, Major General Johnny Davis, described Kevin as “undoubtedly one of the organization's single most influential figures of the past decade." 

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic Kevin led the Orlando Medical Recruiting Company to be ranked #1 in the country in 2020 and 2021, becoming the first ever to accomplish the feat for three consecutive years. He provided training to medical recruiting leaders across the country on how to successfully develop and implement virtual strategy while adapting to a post-pandemic environment. Kevin was personally commended by the US Army Surgeon General, Lieutenant General Raymond Scott Dingle.

 

Over his 20+ year military career, Kevin has received over 40 military medals and recognitions including three Meritorious Service Medals. He received the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal for his work with the US Veterans Foundation as their Chief Marketing Officer.

 

Kevin earned an MA in Mass Communication specializing in Social Media from the University of Florida. He remains active in the Gator community as the founder and president of their Association of Military Alumni.

 

Originally from Southern California, Kevin now resides in the Tampa Bay region with his wife Kyla, son Xander, and their three dogs. He is a pro wrestling geek that has attended eight Wrestlemania events.
