Joel Del Rosario is a Marine Officer and entrepreneur with a passion for leadership, fitness, and helping others become better versions of themselves.
Major Joel Del Rosario enlisted in 2005, quickly rising to prominence as a Lance Corporal and then as a CBRN Specialist. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, despite an IED ambush that left him injured, his courage earned him the Purple Heart Medal. He further showcased his versatility, serving in Afghanistan and later pursuing education through MECEP, culminating in his 2013 graduation from the University of Maryland.
His journey saw him as a Communications Officer, mentoring roles at Rutgers and Princeton's NROTC, and a transition to the Active Reserve in 2021. Throughout his exemplary service, he also focused on his family, grounding him in his purpose and drive. His awards include the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, and multiple Navy and Marine Corps medals.
He is married to his lovely wife, Rebecca Rouse, who lives in Dallas, Texas. Major Del Rosario and his wife are co-founders of Semper Stronger and the Semper Stronger Foundation (nonprofit). They dedicate their time to helping veterans and first responders.
