When The RECON Network started back in 2015, it was out of a desire to connect veterans with resources that could help them along their path during transition. But in every conversation, one thing seemed to rise to the surface for every veteran we encountered: “I don’t know what I’m doing or even why I’m doing it.”
The RECON Network is designed to take the various aspects of the military-to-civilian transition and break them down into a tangible plan of action for service members—all with individual purpose and well-being at the forefront of everything we do.
That's because we know that when we focus on purpose first, we can have a huge effect on our post-military population—reducing career turnover, addressing depression, and creating a network of veteran employees, students and companies who are unmatched in their level of confidence, personal security and well-being—no matter their current stage of transition.
From our purpose-focused cohort to our live events, 1:1 coaching sessions and toolkit of resources, articles and more—everything we provide is focused on helping the post-military community find direction and purpose after service.
